Brand strategy for ethical leaders, social entrepreneurs and purpose-led organisations

This is for first-gen pioneers, social entrepreneurs, ethical leaders and purpose-led organisations who have been building for a little while now.

Outgrowing the first chapter of your organisation

You may have started with a small team, a simple offer, or a brand that made sense at the time

But now the organisation has grown.

The old brand no longer reflects the maturity, credibility or direction of where you are heading.

This is especially suited to founders and teams working around social impact, access, education, culture, community, allied health, children, families, migrants and communities.

Most organisations come in thinking they need more visibility, more funding, more support, or a better-looking brand, but often, the deeper issue is direction.

  • You may be trying to reach the right people, but your brand is still speaking to an early version of your audience.

  • You may have a growing team, but no shared language for what matters most.

  • You may be doing meaningful ground work, but your online presence does not yet build the trust, or credibility needed for new people to understand it quickly.

  • You may just simply be tired of explaining what you do, who it is for, why it matters, or why your work is different.

What the service helps you do

This work helps you clarify who your real audience is, what they currently understand about your brand, and what they need to believe in order to trust you.

It gives you a clear position, stronger direction, and a more logical visual identity to support the next stage of growth.

Beyond visuals, this work helps you prioritise.

It gives leaders, teams and decision-makers a clearer reference point, so you are not constantly reacting to trends, trying to do everything, or making brand decisions from scratch.

The goal is a brand that helps the organisation move with more cohesion, action and impact.

The Creative Strategy Process

Discovery

We begin by understanding where your brand is now, what feels unclear, and what you’re ready to move towards. This includes a series of workshops, interviews and/or homework.

Research

I look into your audience, industry and visual landscape to find where your brand can sit with more presence.

Filtering

We sort through the noise, keeping what feels aligned and letting go of what no longer serves the direction.

Strategy

The thinking is shaped into a clear direction for your positioning, message, voice and creative rationale.

Expression

The strategy comes to life visually through identity, colour, typography, imagery and brand details.

Collaboration is key

The process moves through discovery, research, filtering, strategy, creative expression and production.

It is collaborative from beginning to end.

You will have opportunities to give feedback after key presentations, through feedback forms, email, or scheduled calls.

We also work through live creative workshops to make sure the direction is not built in isolation.

Your organisation brings the context.

I bring the structure, strategy and creative direction.

The strongest outcomes happen when both are present.

Your Partner
in Shifting the Culture

I’m Iman Ayoubi, a brand strategist and designer helping first-generation founders communicate the credibility already present in their work

With a background in humanitarian and care-led organisations, I bring strategic and creative thinking to small and medium-sized teams creating meaningful change.

I work with creative and social entrepreneurs, allied health practices, NFPs and community-led initiatives that have outgrown the way they currently present themselves.

My role is to help you clarify what makes your organisation credible, make that value easier to recognise and build a brand presence that earns trust from the funders, partners, clients and communities you want to reach.
